We are currently recruiting for a Global Fund Products Project Manager to complete a maternity cover within an Investment Bank.  

The Project Manager will be responsible for project managing the set-up of Accounts on the Securities Division Investor Select Managed Account Platform.  

Role involves:  

- Planning, executing, monitoring and control and closure of a managed account set up

- Managing and leading four main areas - legal documents, counterparty documents, administrator connectivity and due diligence.

- Managing and liasing with

- Internal departments, legal counsel, fund administrators, company administrator and counterparties.  

Skills:

- Excellent and proven project management skills

- Knowledge of hedge fund industry i.e - legal structures, operational flows and strategies.

- Strong project planning, initiation and organisational skills.
