We are looking to recruit, for a top Investment Bank, a Junior ISDA Negotiator to join their Securities Division Legal team.

Responsibilities:  

- Managing ISDA negotiations to onboard clients

- Liaising with Lawyers daily

- Completing agreements: gathering information, reviewing and executing and closing files on completion.  

Knowledge and skills:  

- Law degree or equivalent

- Previous investment banking experience ideally with exposure to ISDA negotiation

- Excellent communications skills
