We are looking to recruit, for a top Investment Bank, a Senior ISDA Negotiator to join their Securities Division Legal team.  

Responsibilities:  

- Managing ISDA negotiations to onboard clients

- Liaising with Lawyers daily

- Completing agreements: gathering information, reviewing, executing and closing files on completion.  

Knowledge and skills:  

- ISDA Master Agreement and related document reporting lines

- Proven ISDA negotiation experience

- Excellent communications skills
