Our client a large city investment bank has a new opportunity for an experienced Fund Controller within their Investment Management Division.  This role will involve reviewing and analysing of our clients Offshore Funds.

Day to day duties include but are not limited to:

- Reviewing of Offshore Funds regulatory returns and financial statements in agreement with GAAP.

- Working with Fund Administrators and other controllers to co-ordinate reviews.

- Ensuring Fund Administrators are executing review points correctly.

- Creating and updating records of reviews for Audits.

- Working within strict and tight deadlines for return submissions.

The successful candidate will have the following skill set:

- Experience with Fund Accounting / Fund Reporting. 

- Audit experience

- Familiar with Derivatives, their structure and purpose of use in Fund Structures.

- Ability to work to deadlines.

- Excellent Interpersonal skills.
