A top Asset Management firm is looking to recruit a Client Service Associate.
The role will entail providing client servicing, administrative and operational support to an assigned group of accounts/clients encompassing all aspects of the client service proposition.
Daily duties:
New clients
- liasing with business development managers/client relationship managers, legal agreements administration, processing initial deals and ensuring client receives correct terms.
Existing clients
- main point of contact for all queries from business and clients, set up, agree and produce ad-hoc reporting and proactive communication with clients.
Internal Procedures
- logging all client queries and audit trail, logging breaches, errors, complaints within company guidelines.
Skills:
- Previous experience within Client servicing environment preferably within Asset Management
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to meet and exceed existing and new client expectations.
