We are recruiting for a Private Wealth Management Compliance Officer to complete at Maternity Cover at a top tier investment Bank.  

The Compliance Officer will be providing general compliance advice and support for the Private Wealth Management UK based division and to the Madrid regional office, due to this fluent Spanish would be beneficial.  

Day to day duties will be:  

- Core compliance activities of surveillance, review of marketing material and training.

- Managing compliance-led projects

- Reviewing marketing materials to be distributed to clients

- Approving client accounts and trade activity from an AML perspective

- Conducting trade surveillance and compliance monitoring on all business activity    

Skills:  

- Solid and proven Compliance experience within Financial Services and ideally in Private Wealth Management

- Knowledge of UK regulatory environment and FSA rules

- Spanish language an advantage

- Working knowledge of products and trading strategies used by Private Wealth management

- i.e structured products, alternative investments, derivatives

- Experience of conducting trade surveillance or equivalent monitoring activity
